Educational Qualification
- Deputy Governor: Post Graduate and Trainee with first class pass in any discipline.
- Teacher-Training Department: First Class Passed Post Graduate and Graduate of Training in any discipline.
- Supervisor-Signal School : Graduate from any discipline and P.T.C. / Passed Graduate and Trainee in any discipline
- Trained Graduate Supervisor: Passed Graduate and Trained Graduate in any discipline
- Jr. Clerk : Graduate from any discipline
Experience
- Deputy Governor : Marksheet of Training Graduate Must have at least 5 years of educational or administrative experience as a Primary School Head Teacher / Assistant Headmaster / Trained Graduate Supervisor / Primary Trained Supervisor or Education Inspector of Primary / Secondary or Higher Secondary Schools from the date of issue.
- Teacher-Training Department: Training Graduate Should have at least 5 years of academic experience from the date of issue of mark sheet.
- Supervisor-Signal School : P.T.C. Trainees of Should have at least 2 years academic or administrative experience in Government/Semi-Government/charitable institution working in education sector from the date of issue of graduation mark sheet.
- Trained Graduate Supervisor : Trained graduate Should have at least 2 years of academic experience from the date of issue of mark sheet.
- Jr. Clerk: No experience required.
Age Limit
- Deputy Governor: 25 to 40 years (age relaxation as per government rules).
- Supervisor – Signal School: 25 to 40 years (age relaxation as per Govt. rules).
- Graduate Supervisor: 25 to 40 years (age relaxation as per Govt. rules).
- Junior Clerk: 21 to 33 years (age relaxation as per Govt. rules).

- Deputy Governor: ₹67,700 to ₹208,000 (as per 7th Pay Commission)
- Supervisor – Signal School: ₹35,400 to 112,400
- Graduate Supervisor: ₹44,500 to ₹142,400
- Junior Clerk: ₹26,000 for first 5 years, then ₹19,900
