Other Notices
- Teaching Assistant in Higher North Secondary Division as mentioned in the advertisement must have passed TAT-2 Compulsory and the term of their examination result will be as per provision as per current Resolution of Education Department.
- Candidates have to apply from Register A.D. Applications with incomplete details, not received on time and candidates not having qualified as advertised will be liable to be rejected. A copy of the application should be sent to the Tribal Development Officer (Ashramsala), Navsari District C-Block, 3rd Floor, Bahumali Bhavan, Juna Thana, Navsari 396445 if the candidate so desires.
- The disabled applicant has to enclose a certificate from the competent authority.
- Department of Education Th. Ra. Gandhinagar Amendment Resolution Bamsh/1155/22/G/Dt. As per 19/02/2019, the teaching assistant will be entitled to monthly fixed salary as per government norms. After completing five years satisfactorily, inclusion in the full pay scale will be processed.
- According to Hon’ble Commissioner Shri Adijati Vikas Kachari Gujarat State Gandhinagar Circular No.Avi/Asha/File No/2330/2019/2020 to 2060 dated 30-11-2019 teachers will be provided accommodation free of cost. Higher Uttara Basic Ashramshalas 50% girls are admitted, so women teachers have to perform mandatory duties as housewives and teachers as househusbands.
- No candidate can claim right for the appointer merely by being named in merit. The decision of the District Selection Committee will be final regarding the selection.
- No Objection Certificate from Competent Authority in case of employee of Government Granted Board/Corporation Organization has to be enclosed with the application.
- Candidates in whose mark sheet the grade C.G.P or S.G.P has been indicated by the University shall submit the certificate of marks obtained from the University or College out of the total marks of all the years or semesters.
