Educational Qualification:

• Assistant: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized university, with a pre-requisite condition that graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the university and proficiency in the use of computers
• Junior Personal Assistant:  Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized university, with a pre-requisite condition that graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the university AND
• a minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English stenography, proficiency in the use of computers OR
  diploma in commercial/secretarial practice with a minimum of 60% marks or
  CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized board/university, with a pre-requisite
  condition that the diploma should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed
  by the university
• one-year experience as a steno-typist/ stenographer AND
• a minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English stenography
• proficiency in the use of computers

Age Limit:

• 18 – 28 Years as on 31.03.2024 (Maximum 33 years for SC/ST Candidates and 31 years for
  OBC candidates, against posts reserved for these categories).

Application Fees:

• An application fee of ₹.100/- shall be charged. Initially, all applicants have to uniformly pay ₹.500/- as an application fee including candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories (Women/SC/ST/PwBD/ExS). However, Candidates belonging to the fee exemption category (Women/SC/ST/PwBD/ExS) will be refunded the full application fee, if he/she attends the written test and UR/EWS/OBC candidates will be refunded ₹.400/- if he/she attends the written test. The Application fee will not be refunded to all those Candidates, who fail to attend the written test. Candidates are required to furnish the correct bank account details with the IFSC code in order to get a refund while filling online application. All fee-exempted categories except women are required to upload the relevant certificates (SC/ST/PwBD/ExS) to get a refund.
